Tal joined the Alarko Group of Companies in 2010 and held a broad range of positions, working in the Tourism division as a Marketing and Operations Supervisor, in the Energy division as a Business Development Manager and in the Holding division as a Strategic Planning Manager. Tal is currently the Digital Transformation and Innovation Director at Alarko Holding, focusing on technological, organizational, cultural and strategic transformation, sustainable business models, innovation management and corporate relations. He is also a part-time Faculty Member at Bahçeşehir University’s Graduate School where he lectures on Global Strategic Management in the MBA program. Tal also served as the Chairman of the Graduate School of Business Board for five years between 2015-2020. Tal greatly values civic service and social responsibility. He is a Board Member at Yeni Bir Lider Derneği / A New Leader Association since 2013. Working together with Turkish companies, NGOs and governmental institutions, !Yeni Bir Lider’ aims to identify, develop and prepare a new generation of Turkish leaders. Born in 1985, Tal received his double major BA degree in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2007 and completed his Masters degree in International Business and Politics with honors at New York University in 2010. Prior to joining Alarko Holding, Tal was a consultant in Washington and Brussels promoting Turkish companies towards global expansion. Tal"s areas of interest include novel technologies, futurism, renewable energy, economic globalization, managerial psychology, geo-politics and philosophy, as well as yoga and kung fu. He is fluent in Turkish, English and Hebrew.
