Kerem Özten is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and has received advanced English legal english education at Cambridge University. He has worked as a lawyer in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions at Ernst & Young and has experience in incorporation of companies in Turkey and foreign countries.

He has also worked in the IPO processes in the corporate finance department of İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler and currently serves as the Investment Manager at İdeal Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi. He holds board member and advisory board member positions in different startups.

Kerem Özten is currently enrolled in the Fintech & Blockchain Master's program at Bahçeşehir University and has advanced proficiency in English.
