Founder of the first share-based crowdfunding platform in our country, which was licensed by the SPK, Y.K. Hakan Yıldız, Deputy Chairman and General Manager, was born in Kayseri in 1972. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri, he graduated from K.T.Ü. Tourism Management and A.U. Graduated from Business Administration. Yıldız, who founded his first startup at the age of 16 and his first company at the age of 23, has been involved in many entrepreneurship, partnership and managerial activities and mostly managed the companies he founded.

Yıldız, who served in the Prime Ministry Privatization Administration between 2003-2009, worked with Ataköy Marina, Turkish Airlines and Erdemir A.Ş. He held managerial positions in companies such as T.C. Concurrently with his duty at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Eltemtek A.Ş. He served as the Deputy General Manager between 2009-2016. He left public duties in April 2016 and founded Global Markets Turkey and worked as a consultant for a time in a Norway-based Global IT company.

Yıldız, a licensed Angel Investor, serves as the Head of the Reinves Angel Investor Network accredited by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and manages three Venture Capital Investment Funds owned by the fund finder. Since 2016, he has been working on startups' access to finance and new generation investment tools, and he has many articles on Entrepreneurship and Crowdfunding. He is a member of the Board of Promoseed Biotechnology A.Ş., member of the board Sparga1 Agriculture A.Ş. and a Crowdfunding Advisor Selected by UNDP.
